Pipercross aluminium Back-plate/Base plate.

Designed to allow the custom fitment on DIY 2x twin carburettor installations.
i.e 2x WEBER DCOE, 2x DELLORTO DHLA, 2x SOLEX ADDHE or 2x Twin Injection Throttle bodies.

There are a few pre-machined and ready to install back-plates, for popular engine models.

If you have a classic ford or Lotus Twincam engine, please ask, as we might have them pre-machined, and ready to GO!

This blank back-plate will require maching (cutting holes for mounting on to carburettors + opening for the main bores of the carburettors.

Different engines and manifolds have individual mounting and spacing requirements and this blank back-plate is available for this sort of installation.

Once drilled/machined, the back-plate can remain mounted on the carbs and filter can be removed for access to trumpets as and when needed by simply un-doing the locking fasteners.
